Each product is made to order using high-quality materials and professional techniques. While we do our best to ensure consistency, slight differences in placement, color tones, or sizing may occur. These unique details make your item truly one of a kind.

Production Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for handmade production before your order ships. During peak seasons or special promotions, production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of small-batch craftsmanship.

Quality Standards

Every order is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe you’ve received an item that doesn’t reflect the care and quality we stand for, please reach out to sales@pitsandprints.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom designs and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
