At Pits & Prints, we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below for guidance on returns and exchanges.
Apparel Goods
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed
Tags must be attached and original packaging included
Items must be free of odor, pet hair, and damage
Please contact sales@pitsandprints.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit once received and verified.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact sales@pitsandprints.com within 3 business days of delivery for resolution.
If your order arrives incorrect or is missing items, notify our customer service team as soon as possible so we can promptly correct the issue. Contact sales@pitsandprints.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Return Shipping & Restocking
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned items that show signs of wear, odor, or damage may be subject to a $7 restocking fee or denial of return.
